I know this is a simple one for you guys, but I had some one else get this set up for me and they are not available.
Checked the FAQ and came up with nothing.
Can you guys assist?

I got some other banners created for the top of my forums. But I need them to change randomly... how do I get that going?

Do you mean in a CMPS module or ... ?

Ah... the two questions were separate actually.
One is for Ad Banners, and the other question was how to set my top forum banner to rotate randomly, so that i can have my same logo, but different characters appear up top with each refresh.
As for your question... I'm unfortunately unsure. Lemme see if I can get an answer for ya.

It sounds like you're really after support for vBulletin and not vBa CMPS. We can only answer questions related to vBadvanced at this site. For general vBulletin support you'll need to ask at either vBulletin.com or vBulletin.org or at the vendor's support site if you're using any third-party software.

It is running CMPS 3.0.1 over vBulletin 3.7.2.
For the banner ads, I cannot find where the actual ad code is located to change it. Every FAQ etc I've seen points me to cpanel options that are not there. I have grep'd the entire VB path for text from the ad code and came up with nothing. There module settings in cpanel seem to have no effect and the layout is not reflected in the forum. I cannot even find so much as where the logo image is defined. I have looked through 90% of the source, the themes, and come up with nothing.

Also, we checked with vBulletin who said that this would be a vBadvance issue and the answer's we are looking for are located somewhere hidden in the vBad code/menus.
Thank you guys for your time and assistance.

Again, unless you are talking about a change that is specific to a vBadvanced CMPS function, such as something that only happens on a CMPS powered page or CMPS related functionality, then it is a general vBulletin support issue that can not be answered here.
Unless I am not reading your posts correctly, you are asking about how to change your banners in your vBulletin style and how to have a random rotating ad appear within your vBulletin powered pages. Neither of those issues are related to vBadvanced.
If you have asked over at vBulletin.com already, then please link to the thread so that I can see why they would have referred you to here.

Again, thanks for your time.. we're just trying to figure out where we're suppose to click to get this done. :)

OK, so the "banners" you are talking about are really the ads in the "Advertisement" module in the right column and not banners anywhere else, right?

Advertisments Module on the right and the Sponsored Links up top are the ones we're trying to change out.
We're trying to swap out our Yahoo Ads for some others.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Modules => Advertisement
Go there, and assuming it's a template module, you will see an option that says 'Edit the template for this Module in the following style: ' at the top. Use that to edit the template.
If it's not a template module, then you should see the BB code right there or the PHP file it's calling within the settings.

There is not an 'Advertisement' module in the default CMPS. That's something you would need to add on your own.
