That is the install script, not the actual CMPS page.
Do you have vBulletin already up & running?

All of the vBa products are meant to be used with vBulletin.

From the bottom of the main CMPS page - http://www.vbadvanced.com/products.php?do=productinfo&productid=4
Requirements
vBulletin 3.6.0 or higher.
PHP 4.0.6 or higher.
MySQL 3.23 or higher is recommended.
You need to go to https://www.vbulletin.com/order/ and buy VBulletin... :)

ohh! alright so now i get this message that says....
It appears that you are trying to install the vBulletin 3.6 version of vBadvanced CMPS on an older version of vBulletin.
Please go back to vbadvanced.com and download the version of vBadvanced CMPS that corresponds to your version of vBulletin, or upgrade to vBulletin 3.6 before proceeding.
I'm running vBulletin v3.8.0 Beta 2 btw.

I'm running vBulletin v3.8.0 Beta 2 btw.The beta version is not currently supported. If you search the forums you can find some hacks by people to force the installation to go through but there is no official support for the beta at this time.
