Hi, I've done a fresh install of vBulletin 3.7.4PL1 and vbAdvanced 3.1.0. The time is displaying correctly in the vBulletin forums page footers (eg GMT +11), but the time in the CPMS pages (ie the main web page) shows a time of GMT (with no offset), so all posts and anything time related in the portal are wrong by 11 hours.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

Do you have any other hacks or plugins installed? The CMPS really has nothing to do with the time since it just uses the default vBulletin functions, so I would start checking your other hacks/plugins first.
