Space around my pics in module?

Hi I have 3 things I want to do:

1. How do I get rid of the space around my pics in modules?

2. How Do I get rid of the top bar in the "welcome" module I made? I just want the thin blue boarder around?

3. How do I get the [Read More] to show up next to "0 replies | 15 views"? I hate how it shows up right after the story.

Sorry to say this but the first thing you should do if you want people to read your posts is not to link to images that are in excess of 1MB in size... wow... that's a biggy... This woudl take far too long to load up on many internet connections and hence people won't see the image and thus won't reply!!!!

You may wish to delete that image and use the jpg I have attached instead...

For the spacing you would need to change the cellpadding and/or cellspacing.
