Sub-Categories Showing in Columns

Here's what I'm dealing with so far...

I want the look that I currently have now, where the sub-categories are showing up in 3 columns. However, in order to do this, the only way I've figured it out so far, was by having Category/Sub-Category/Sub-Category. Is there any way to get this same look using the 3 columns with only Category/Sub-Category?

If you change the 'Depth of Directories on Index' setting to 1 then that should give you the result you're looking for.

Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Modify Settings => Category Options => Display Smaller Sub-Category Columns ;)
