Duplicate CMPS in admin menu

I dont know how I have done this or when but I have duplicate vBa CMPS in the admin section on the main menu. Can any one tell me how to loose one of them

Look in the readme file for the changes you made to your admincp/index.php, look for the code, and remove one of the instances.
