i cant find the following code in my adminfunctions_template.php file.

'forumhome' => $vbphrase['group_forum_home'],

my php file is attached. am i looking at the wrong file?

Please do not attach vBulletin files like that as doing so is a violation of your license agreement with them.

Just look for this code instead and place the code directly above it:
'aaa' => 'AAA Old Backup'
