How to remove this...?

I'm sorry if this seems plainly obvious, I'm still learning the ins and outs of VB and CMPS. My question is, how do I remove the bar show in the attached thumbnail. I've tried looking for an option in admincp and the templates, it's all very confusing. Thanks.

Set the 'Enable Navbar?' option in your 'Default Settings' page to 'No'.
