What's the deal? I download the CMPS files get a zip file that unzips automatically and there is a folder with no files inside.
What is the deal? :mad:

What OS, browser, and un-zip program are you using?
Keep in mind that it can be downloaded from vbulletin.org as well.

Keep in mind that it can be downloaded from vbulletin.org as well.I guess it doesn't matter. Based on your suggestion I went to vbulletin.org and down loaded it with the same OS, same un-zip programs, same everyting and it worked fine! :eek:

Oh...same problem again..tried to DL CMPS v2.0 and it failed. Went over to vb.org and they don't have v2.0.
Now what? :o

Thing is last time when I had this problem here a vBadvanced and I went over to vbulletin.org and it worked just fine,. What's the deal? :eek:

Not sure I have heard that there was some issues with using a mac to download.. I have no clue or even an answer as to why..

a tar file is just a compressed file that isnt a zip

When you go to download the file, just select Tar instead of Zip in the download options. If your Mac doesn't have a program to untar these already then check out StuffIt.

Mac computers arn't fans of the zip compression algos but tar works fine as it is a nix tool :)
