I have character coding problem as shown in attachment or in the following link:
http://webthehinh.com/tai-lieu/
article number 2.
In here, I see this character instead of the correct utf-8 character. This problem only occurs before the dots ... and on some characters.
How can I fix this :)

Have you removed the article since then, or do you have your permissions set not to allow guests to view your articles? I checked the link you posted above to view the source code, but it just shows "No Bài báo to Display".

Thanks Brian
We restructured the site a bit, the new link is:
http://webthehinh.com/tai-lieu/
This problem only occurs on some utf8 character, in the above link the character being converted to is ứ.
wc3 validator gives this error:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwebthehinh.com%2Fdynamics%2Fcc-sn-phm-h-tr-28%2F&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.606

I've done some testing locally to try to reproduce the issue, but I'm not having any luck. If you would like to submit a support ticket though I'll be glad to take a look at things on your site to see what the issue is.

Hi Brian,
Did you get anywhere with this ticket?.. I'm having very similar issues on my forum.. Is there a working solution for this issue?..
Thanks!

Looking at the code - it seems that you use not multibyte aware functions in many places when working with strings.. presumably carefull global move to mb_ functions should to the trick?..

In Ceasar's case it seemed to be a weird issue with the WYSIWYG. I just edited an entry on his site, saved, and the issue did not appear again.
