E-mail those who have created links

We need a way to e-mail those who have created links to request that they link back to us. How can this be done?

There are not any features to e-mail members who have submitted links, but you could run a simple query to get all e-mail addresses from those members.

SELECT email FROM adv_links LEFT JOIN user USING (userid)

I just installed vBadvaced Links Directory. I wish to let even unregistered members add links, but I too think I may occasionally need to contact those who submitted a link. Would it be possible to add a required e-mail field in the submit link form in a future version? Or is there a modification available for this?
