The one on this site? The poll is built into the portal.. and comes built into vb... not sure if that is what you are asking for... if not please clarify please..

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Default Settings => Polls Forum ID

Make sure you have that option set to the forumid that you would like to pull your polls from.

just to add some stuff here.. you might want to set forum permissions for the forums your going to use for polls.. if not you will have users posting polls that show up on your main site..
