I would really like to see some forums here who have used vba's cmps in a unique/different way, i.e. changed or enhanced the layout, or something.
C'mon, show me whatcha got! :D

Well I like to think my layout on www.ten-tenths.com (http://www.ten-tenths.com) is unique, 9 module blocks in a multi-column layout. In terms of modules, I've slightly modified RSS modules (template mods) and two modules that are my own (for TV schedule feed from one of my site partners and an "on this day" module)

I don't know about unique, but i'm running a modified vBa install at Las Vegas Nightlife (http://lasvegas.mixxin.com). Please keep in the mind the site is still under construction.
Products used include:
vBulletin
vBadvanced
Photopost
Reviewpost
Wordpress
Zoints SEO
Customized stuff:
Photopost mod rewrite
Reviewpost mod rewrite
Theme
Googlemaps integration
Front page modules
and other things...
I think I did a decent job at making the front page look nothing like standard vBa installation.

ok now I have to ask how you did this!Nested tables to add more module positions. A bit "dirty", but it gets the job done.

I think I've posted this before, but it suits here since it's one of the most edited vbadvanced pages I think, I've put quite some work to it.
Check it out: www.travelstories.gr - sorry about the greek :P

Check it out: www.travelstories.gr (http://www.travelstories.gr) That is a nice looking layout!
sorry about the greek :PDon't worry about it being Greek. It's like the old saying about art... "I may not be able to tell you what 'art' is but I know it when I see it." In this case it is "I may not be able to tell you what it says but I know a nice looking site when I see it." ;)

Oh I happen to think my front page is pretty unique at the moment, though it'll be some months before the forum is transformed. :) www.vvvgamer.com

Looks good. I like how you are using a set of module wrappers that do not have the usual borders.
