RSS in the forums

I have searched high and low, and am a puzzled n00b.

I like the default news article module how it pulls posts from a particular forum setup by me. I want to know if its possible for an rss or xml feed to automatically create a new topic in a specified forum, and have it post on my homepage like the current news module.

If this has been done and explained before, then I am sorry, I have hacked my site to pieces and it is killing me to have to uninstall all of these hacks because they don't do what I need.

Try the ArticleBot hack over on vb.org (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=67078). I have it running on my site with no problems.
