I figured I would post this here as well as VB forum.
Everything on the forum seems to be functioning fine. I went to upload the template I wanted to use, and I get:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
I am running IIS7.5 on Windows 2008. I am assuming this is probably something wrong with my PHP config, somewhere. Not sure...
I tried doing the vBulletin Diagnostic File Upload Test, and I also failed that.
Here is my PHPInfo:

Not sure if I am missing an extension or what. Thanks in advance.
