Where is the menu in admin?

Hey All

Ok I got it installed and showing up on my home page of my domain. But when i go into admin I do not see anything that lets me edit where the boxes are located and anything on the home page. It has been a long time since I used it but am I missing it or if not how did it install with nothing in admin to make changes?

once installed you'll see a set of menus "vBa CMPS"

If you're not seeing the vBa CMPS group in your Admin CP then you either did not refresh the browser window after installing, or the forum/includes/xml/cpnav_vbacmps.xml file was not uploaded when you installed.
