There will be no links until you add them.
You need to set up your categories, sub categories etc. and populate the Links Directory with appropriate links.

OK, you add links via the "Submit Link" button on the main Links Directory page.
Be sure to check your permissions for each category.
You can add links as you find them and you can also set the permissions so your members can add links ( moderated/unmoderated ) and choose whether to allow members to create categories or not.

You have no navigation link to the directory?
The URL should be www.yoursite.com/links , you can add a link to your navbar.

Admin CP => vBa Links => Modify Settings => Main Options => Navbar Link Position
You can also use that setting to add a link to your navbar.
