I run CMPS 3.2.0.
For some reason my notices do not display on my CMPS pages.

Please advice

I just checked your site, but they seem to be appearing fine for me...

Yes, indeed. I found out what the problem was. It was not a vba problem.

I had installed the 3.6 version of the welcome header hack. Then when vb 3.7 introduced its notice system, this rendered the vb3.6 welcome header hack useless. I did not de-install this correctly and a message was still shown in my forum. This caused confusion for me, and I mistakenly assumed that the notices system was displaying this message.
