Did a lot of searching for this error and found some similar but none exact...

Here is my situation, due to conditions beyond my control I am trying to install vb on a new host with only a db backup to work with. I've installed clean and then imported the sql file into my db and receive the following errors.

BTW yes I've installed cmps clean as well before I did the db import...

That sounds like your problem... If you installed the CMPS and then restored a backup, you overwrote the database changes that were made from the CMPS. You need to restore your backup and then install the CMPS.
