Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Modify Settings => Show Link Options => Generate Meta Tags From Link Content

Double check and make sure that setting is enabled. If it already is, check your 'ADV_LINKS_SHOWLINK' template and make sure it hasn't been customized.

The problem was from template headinclude

needs the work of Upgrading for template headinclude
