How do i turn off the link check? I've had some link requests from a linking website, If they request the link they have to provide a reciprocal link which is fine as i can enter that and the link is submitted on my site ok, But if i request the link then i have to add the link detail on my site and give them the url link before i get a link in return, when i goto enter a link even with the link check set to no im not allowed to enter the link info as it keeps failing, what settings do i need to change to allow me to enter a link with it being checked?? I've tried to turn it off but it still fails

(sorry noob here ;))

Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Modify Settings => Submit/Edit Links Options => Reciprocal Link Check

If you change that setting to 'Yes, but do not require the link' then you should be able to submit links without the reciprocal URL.

Thanks for Your reply Brian, I tried that already thats why I thought i'd check incase there was something I missed, I still get this error

The following errors occurred with your submission:
1. We could not find a link back to our site on the URL you have entered for the "Reciprocal Link URL" option. Please ensure that the link has already been added, and that it is pointing to "http://mysite.com"

Thats with these settings:

Auto-Fill Submit Form With Meta Data set to No
and
Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Modify Settings => Submit/Edit Links Options => Reciprocal Link Check set to 'Yes, but do not require the link'

Thanks Brian
