Can't add new PHP Page !

I have searched this forum high and low but can't find the solution to my issue, although I also read several others having the same issue.

I cannot complete the process when I attempt to add a new PHP page to my home or index page.

I goto vBa CMPS>Add Page>[PHP File Page]

After completing and submit I get this responses:

The path you have specified for your PHP File path is not a valid file on your server. Please go back and enter the full path (NOT the URL) to this file.

But I am inserting what I believe to be the correct path.

Details:

My current home page is:

http://myrootvBfolder.com/index.php

I identify my new page as: page 2

The path is choose is:

home/user/www/myrootvBfolder.com/

I have tried adding the new page name to the path, but still get the same response about the oath not being valid.

Any help would help would be greatly appreciated.

Take off the .com
