Language problem!

Am moving a vbadvanced from old hosting to my server, it's Arabic forums, after th move, I got the Arabic characters looks like this

"أƒآ،أƒإ¾أƒآڈ أƒإ أƒآ£ أƒآچأƒâ„¢أƒâ€کأƒإ¸ أƒآ،أƒآ،أƒâ€œأƒث†أƒث† أƒâ€،أƒآ،أƒإ أƒâ€،أƒآ،أƒ"

What shall I do?

Sounds like a problem with your encoding for your style or perhaps the move wasn't done properly.

How can I know which of those is the problem? how can I spot the Encoding thing, as I believe I moved it properly?
