navbar background problem

I've changed all the links for the header images but I can't get the navbar background to change like it is in the forum. I can't find it anywhere. Any help would be great!

Check the CSS for that style and make sure you have the full URL to the image in your 'navbg' class.

The navbar background is right for every page but the Links Directory.
