Integration - javascript error when integrating sendmessage.php

Hello - I have successfully integrated a page (sendmessage.php) however none of the javascript dropdown menus in the navbar seem to work when viewing the integrated page.

I get the following "done but with errors on page" error:

Any ideas as to why this is happening, or a possible fix?

Do you by chance have the 'Enable Navbar' setting disabled on the page you're using for integration? If not, can you link me to the integrated page so I can have a look at the source code and such?
