If the VBA footer interfers with the skin theme is it ok to remove it?

You must leave the VBA copyright notice. I suppose if you re-arranged it, but to include the Copyright info, Brian might oblige. I would contact Brian to be sure though. It's only fair to give credit to the author.

You must have at the mininum, the vBa copyright and the vB copyright.
