Restricting Access

Is there any way to restric access to a site running CMPS 1.0.0 and VBulletin 3.0.0 for any viewers besides Admin. The reason I ask is because while in the design phase, I don't want anyone besides Admin (Specificly myself) to see the site until its finnished, however I would still like to view it myself by browsing to my address.

Would I just have to continue going to the Admin pannel and "Turn Your vBulletin On and Off " every time I wan't to view it?

if you have the Vbulletin option to turned off then only Admin will be allowed access, everyone else will just see a standard page with the reason given for closure (although this page will be shown in your vBulletin colours... but that doesn't really give anything much away!)

When closed and browsing as Admin there will be a strip at the top of each page reminding you the boards are closed.
