I want to know how can i add adsense after the first 2 recent threads on vbadvanced homepage, so to disguise the adsense to think it looks like a thread.

You would have to recode the Recent Threads module somehow but any advert is going to stick out like a sore thumb there.

You can place ads between posts using the ad template system in the vBulletin ACP.

The other way around it would be to use the NEWS module and have adverts within the body of the post, the max characters displayed limit can altered to suit.

Having thought about your question again I feel you should take time to read the Google Adsense TOS as you will in breach of their terms and likely get banned for life for altering /hiding/masking their adverts in any way.
