Search form for custom fields like this...

is it possible to have a search form for custom fields like this -- http://www.pulsetoday.com/memberlist.php?do=search . No I don't need php generating it for me [i can do it in html and link to this page instead]! Help on how to make such a form would be really appreciated..

[ ;) give me hint for just one custom field and rest I can handle... for example say for a location field! ]

If you look at the source of the links directory's search page then you should be able to see how you could make a custom search page. You wouldn't be able to have it search only that specific field without some work to the search.php file though.
