Breadcrumb links missing

I have just noticed that the breadcrumb links on the Add New and Moderate pages are missing the link back to the dynamics main page.

Any idea how to add these in - thanks!

Thank you for pointing this out. This should be corrected if you upgrade to v2.0.0 "gold".
