Just purchased.....

I have just purchased the license and inputted all my forum log on etc, just a few questions?

How do I know when it will be installed as I paid for a instalation fee?
Will they notify me via email?
And what happens if they encounter problems?

Once we complete an installation, someone will reply to the ticket letting you know it is completed and an e-mail with the reply is also sent to the address you registered here with. If there are any problems then someone will reply to the ticket to let you know.
