Problem with top of page

At the top on the navbar all the links are spaced very closely together I was wondering how i would fix that and was also wondering how I would add a link to my forums home page of www.bleakcabal.net/forums

Kinda new at this so a slow step by step would help tons, thank you!!

Just edit your header template and add some spaces between the links and a link to your forums.
