How to show additional category in Browselink and Linkbit

Is there a way to show additional category in Browselink and Linkbit for each link entry?

For example, if I assign two additional category "meat", "2 legs" to link "Chicken" (whose main category is "bird"), I'd like to get:

"bird", "meat", "2 legs"

That should be possible, though would require a bit of work, knowledge about PHP, and likely an extra query on both of those pages.
