Problem with module positioning

In the settings, I have a module on the right column, with ordering putting it at the top. However, when the page displays (the homepage on http://www.murmurs.com) the REM Radio module is put down at the bottom on the left. Any idea why this is happening?

I'm not seeing any type of radio module on that page...

Also there seems to be a limit as to how many modules I can have in any column. If I try to add a module to the left column, it makes the Users Online module disappear.

Not really sure why it would be behaving like that... If you'd like to submit a support ticket though I'll be glad to take a look.
