Module making Documentation

Is there a Documentation or an online manual that teach you on making a module, be it a bb code or html module? I can't find any information pertaining to module creation for vbadvanced.

Any help here is totally appreciated.

It seems like creating a module is like creating a website. You need html knowledge for that, is that the way it is?. Oh god..
