1) Does or is there a version for CMPS to work for vbulletin 4.1+?

Yes. When you download your copy from here at vBa just be sure to select the right version in the drop-down list.

... and while you're there, update your license info.

You looked at the link? I have not thought up of a name for my site and testing it on localhost on wampservers. lol
