Hello vBadvanced team,

Are you guys still providing support for your paid products, and if so, how often can we expect responses to our posts regarding issues with them?

I've posted a few times and created a thread or two since 7/30 and haven't had a single response. I've also seen a few other threads with no support at all.

It's really disappointing :(

Me too! Whatīs up with support? How long do i have to disable the vBadvanced Links Directory, i paid for?

Same here... i can`t seem to get ANY respons to my questions at all...

Sorry guys, iīm using vbadvanced since 3 years now, but i canīt use it and there is still no response from your side. Thatīs not professionell. If youīre on holiday, a short message would be nice, so we know whatīs up here. But this way is very poor. I like your product but it seems, like i have to watch out for another...:(

It is indeed a very sad state of affairs. The sale system should be shut down if no-one is going to respond here now.
