3.2.2 question

Was thinking of uprgrading from 2.2.1 to 3.2.2. Is it necessary or there any big changes. What can I expect if I upgrade.

There are quite a few improvements since v2.2.1. There *shouldn't* be anything to worry about, but as with all software upgrades, you should be sure to make a backup of your vBulletin database before upgrading just to be safe.
