Well, 3.0.4 has just been released from vBulletin, and after I upgraded, CMPS seemed to stop working. When ever I go to the home page (index.php) it states: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_portal_output() in /public_html/index.php on line 29.

Line 29 is: print_portal_output($home);

Any ideas on whats causeing it?

I'd post this in the Bugs forum, but I dont have permision to post in that forum yet.

Did you re-edit the files that needed editing for the portal? I already did and all is well here for me. I seem to be bumping into you a lot recently. :p

lol no kidding.....

Do I have to re edit all the files that had to be edited when CMPS was first being installed, or is it just certain files?

Do I need to re run the install script for CMPS as well because now that all the scripts are edited, my homepage is blank.

I didn't have to run the install again...after I edited and uploaded it was just there.

Oh my. I just got a ton of hacks installed. Now what files are you talking about editing? The custom templates should still be there after the vbull upgrade right? Sounds like a PITA to upgrade. You got me scared.

download init.php, which is attached to the announcement at vb.com and upload it to the 'includes' directory of your vBulletin installation to be protected against the vBulletin SQL injection flaw. Then you dont have to edit anything. Correct on this?

Anyone upgrading needs to re-apply the file changes, then run the option to install only the templates from the vBa install file after they have upgraded.

Yup, just like when I went from 3.0.0 to 3.0.3 total time was like 12 minutes form upload to CMPS install. Not including rehacking my added on hacks.

Not really... Just follow the same instructions. :)

No, only any default CMPS templates which have not been customized, which you will get back when you use the template installer in the CMPS install file.

Open the readme file, scroll down to the section about file changes, and apply the changes to those 5 files.

If you have hacks like Arcade in the Portal ect Newest7 , then edit your init.php with tools like Beyond Compare 2

It seems after the upgrade to 3.0.4, the upcoming events under the mini calendar is not showing anything upcoming events, even though there are events listed on the calendar. I ran the install and installed the templates, and everything else seems to be working...have you run across this yet?

EDIT: I think I may have missed something, but I can't figure out where. I realized I'm not seeing the setting anywhere to tell the upcoming events how far out you want it to show events for.

I tracked it down, I'm so proud of myself! :D I guess I did miss one file edit in function.php.
