vbulletin 3.04 upgraded - now no portal page

i just updated vbulletin to 3.04 and am now getting this error when i try to access the vbadvanced portal page in my forum:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_portal_output() in /home/userid/public_html/site/forum/home.php on line 28

please help!

You might want to take a look at

Any file that was overwritten needs to be edited.

Then follow drl2000's advice to run vbacmps_install.php again.
