Where is Brian? What happened to support here?

I realize it has been the holidays but I opened a support ticket on 12/6 and have not received a reply. What happened here? Brian used to be really on top of it around here.

I love vba and have recommended it a lot, but without support, I can no longer do so.

Sorry to post this but I have sent a PM and have had a support ticket open. I am very frustrated.

Don't know where Brian is or what he is doing. It doesn't help that the other forum staff also do nothing at all and even the reported spam is left infesting the site.

I have been reporting spam on a daily basis for months but it seems that they simply don't care and posts seeking help go unanswered for weeks on end now.

I have been helping out on a few sites that ran vBa products but because this site basically appears to be abandoned and is filled with spam every time you visit the owners have uninstalled and found other products. :(

Raven - I'm sorry, but I've tried looking into your issue a few times over the last few weeks and have not had any luck figuring out what caused the blank page. I will be replying to your ticket again shortly.

Carey - What spam exactly are you referring to? Mind linking me to it? It's always possible I missed something, but I delete spam posts from here nearly every day.
