I like the fish logo! My only recommendation is minor..... Change your option so that guests don't see the locked forum icon (ACP --> vBulletin Options --> Forum Listings Display Options --> Show Lock Icons to Users) so new visitors aren't discouraged from poking around the forums.

I would change cmps_index.php to just index.php.
Is the calendar really necessary?
If so, maybe put it on the left to balance things out.
I'd also think the center column should be wider so the page is not as long.
Maybe HOME should be on the left in the nav bar.

Just my .02 worth.
