Upgrade to 3.0.5 No Category [Archive]

Hi,
Upgraded to 3.0.5 and have run the update to add the templates.

Running Links 1.0.0

I have the top 5 and nav bar, but no main category view...

Any ideas?

I'm seeing an error from the following....<script type="text/javascript">

Instead of being height="140" yours has an extra double-quote in there. Did you modify your ADV_LINKS template at some point?

Well spotted...a side effect of using firefox and not checking js console :(

Fixed that but to no avail.

All Templates are reverted to default.

Sadly in the process of rebuilding a dud laptop which was my test server locally. Must be somthing daft, I have found a user with an ' in the db, but that should throw a db error.

Double check that you have templates called 'adv_links_directorybit_level1' and 'adv_links_directorybit_level2'. If not, download the script from here again and use the installer there to reinstall your templates. If that's not it, please submit a support ticket.

Reinstalled and all templates are present.

It's creating them, in that the template nams are been added to the source as below:

Using this sql:
SELECT catid, title, description, parent, haslinks, parentlist, linkcount, postcount, private, lastlinkid, lastlinktitle, lastposter, lastuserid, lastupdated FROM links_categories
ORDER BY displayorder ASC, haslinks

I get plenty of records so I know $getcats is populated, or should be...

You shouldn't have a 'adv_links_directorybit' template. There should be two with similar names, followed by '_level1' and '_level2'. Check your /forum/includes/functions_links.php file and make sure it says v1.0.0 at the top.
