Nearly finished, but 2 minor issues

My migration from NePHP to VB CMPS is nearly complete and now I only have 2 issues.

1.) Polls don't seem to be showing up on my home page (I have specified the forum id for polls, and made sure the polls module was eneabled).

2.) Online buddies only displays a blank box, even though several buddies are online.
