How I do the Block Pullet image ?

In my news module I tried to make the news title par display as well in addtion to the title this image by setting this image path in the Block Pullet panel at the Default Settings for CMPS:

The path for this image is :

it doesnt work
Any clues how to do that ?

... I have added this as an icon for editor box .. so everybody can put it in their title..I test it it showed up ...it was large more than enough to make me changing my mind ... I have uploaded smaller icons to that box any way ..
