I have a new site that went live last Thursday. Let me know what you think.

;)
very nice... you may want to limit the number of forums on your boards as you are starting small. I really like the contest for free iTunes... i'll join just for that!

Thanks Erik. Yeah I got a little carried away with the number of forums but didn't want anyone in the industry to feel left out. I may scale the choices back and let members give input to what to add.
I appreciate your input. :)
Here's a great forum promotion guide for you. :D

Looks good! I like the color scheme. :)
Only two minor things to comment on. The ad at the top throws the alignment off. I think it may look better making the modules the same width to get rid of the large gap that is there now. It looks like the side margins need to be reduced. There is a slight bit of side scrolling that occurs at 800x600. Great looking site though.

I'm not sure I understand which gap you're referring to. Is it the "iTunes" ad that is throwing things off? I do need to make that ad smaller as it is eating up a lot of real estate that the other modules under it do not need. i went with 800x600 to allow for the most accessibility. I would prefer 1024x768 as the target myself. I'm not sure what you mean by "side-scrolling" unless that simply refers to the need to scroll down to see everything on the page. I could have less information on the main page to shorten that. Thanks again for your input. I just added an Articles module today and am very pleased with it. I just need to figure out how to add photos to the articles now. Take care!

Although I'm not a fan of the colours, it certainly is well suited to the cafe shop look.
Only suggestion I'd make is considering removing the table borders to give it a more open+free look.
