I think this one would be handy for many... a block that will display the sites that referr to your site the most... anyone out there that wants to give it a shot?

Not me although I could use it! I don't have the skills to prevent the referrals being spammed by porn sites.

Any coders out there that may have 10 minutes to spare?

Referring links would be excellent on the top of the vBadvanced Link page. I don't like to drive my viewers away too soon (from the portal) but, by the time they get to the links page, it's a free for all anyway.

As to SPAM and as Polo knows, there is work being done on this over at vbulletin.org.

I dont know how they do it, but porn sites ususally get their links there in the top referrals .. however, removing or banning urls from the module I think would be something easy once this is created....

Incidently, only my paid subscribers are allowed to place links on the site. Most likely, as with the rest of internet sites, my registered users vs. paid subscribers are numbered ten to one. (Sad, but true.)

Anyway, this keeps things under control and I don't even need to moderate them. All the more reason though, for me to be able to dump and load entire folders from DMOZ.
