Multiple custom content areas?

Can I have more than one custom page content areas on my main page so that I can have multiple areas of custom content rather than just one?

Brian, that's great. If I can do that, I can add the customized news feeds to the main page as I mentioned in the other thread. That would be pretty neat...customized news feed based on key words I supply, automatically updated, appearing on the main page without administrative intervention.
