Is there an Italian Language ready for the CMP?
If no are there lot of phrases to be translated?

There is not currently an Italian translation that I am aware of. There are probably a little over 100 phrases total, with only about 30 of those being on the user side.

Is there all into "language & Phrases" on admincp?

They are in your vB phrase manager grouped in the 'vBa CMPS' and 'vBa CMPS Admin' groups.
