where do I find cmps_index

Okay, please forgive me because I am completely new to this whole vbulletin thing... I have been using phpbb for about a year, and I really only enough to make that board work... but now I am stuck in the middle of the install...

It says: In your cmps_index.php file.....
and I have no idea where to find this file. Can someone please tell me!

now, I have another amazing question :)
In step 4 it says:
root/forums - global.php
but I can't find this in my uploaded files. :(

sp does this mean in the files I have already edited???

It's in your vBulletin files that should already be uploaded to your server. The forum would not function without that file.
